So you’ve purchased your Wonderpork sausage patties, but don’t know the best way to cook them? Look no further, we are here with instructions.

Directions

1. Thaw the package of sausage patties in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
3. Cover your sheet pan in aluminum foil. This usually requires folding two sheets of foil together, unless you purchase a wider roll (which is the best way).
4. Place the sausage patties on the sheet pan, spaced evenly apart.
5. Cook sausage for 12 minutes. Flip after 9 minutes.
6. Check the internal temperature of the patties, add more time in the oven as needed. You want the sausage to reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
